PROGRAM COST
The course fee which varies by instrument as shown below, includes ten days of lessons, room and board and free tickets to festival concerts. The application fee of €60, non-refundable is due with the application. Applications, application fee and full payment of course fee are due May 31, 2012. Space is limited; applicants after that date will not be guaranteed a place. (Deadline may be extended. Check our website for updated deadline of the application process.)

Payments and Refunds: All payments and refunds will be made in Euros. Participants withdrawing from the program before May 30 will receive a 50% refund of the course fee. (The application fee is not refundable.) No refunds will be given for any reason after May 30, 2012 The festival is not responsible for individual medical coverage and expenses or for the supervision of students. Students must submit proof of health insurance to the festival before arrival.

Any family members or guests who accompany students are admitted at a special low cost of €550 for the ten day period. These accommodations are of limited number and must be requested together with the application: they include use of the structures as described and free entrance to the concerts. Accommodations are not available for periods shorter than the ten day courses, nor can they be extended for a longer period.
Late applications (after May 31, 2012) will be accepted ONLY if there is space available. The space is limited.
